Knowledge Day (the 1st of September)
This celebration is traditionally organised by the twelfth formers who create a joyful atmosphere by preparing a presentation for the first formers and senior students.

The Initiation Ceremony for the Tenth Formers
The ceremony is organised by the eleventh and twelfth formers. Students of the tenth form have to advertise themselves showing their abilities and talents in order to stand the test and prove that they are ready to become senior students of our gymnasium.

Self-Government Day
It is held before Teachers’ Day when senior students give lessons as real teachers. They independently run the election campaign. They willingly fulfil the duties of the school headmistress, librarians and secretaries as well as they prepare a surprise concert for the teachers. |

Father’s Day. Mother’s Day. Family Day.
The main purpose of these celebrations is to attract the parental attention to the school life. As a rule, parents actively take part in various family festivals along with their children. |

Going out of the town
Going out of the town (e.g. for a picnic) gives senior students an opportunity to take an active rest and to enjoy themselves in the countryside.

Christmas Parties
School Christmas parties give all schoolboys and girls a chance for their talents and quick wits, their rich imagination and knowledge of Christmas traditions of Estonia and other countries to be noticed and recognised.

Days of Slavic Culture
These special days aim at introducing Russian national traditions and festivals to the school children.

St Valentine’s Day
School children get acquainted with the history and traditions of the festival. They also prepare a vast number of pleasant surprises to each other and send valentine cards. |

“Super-Evenings”
The evening parties include “Super Senior Student”, “Super Couple”, “Miss”, “Mister”, “Lady”, “Gentleman”, “King and Queen of Dancing”, etc. All these performances demand a great deal of responsibility from senior students as they should demonstrate their ability to perform on the stage. The great professionalism of such “shows” makes them very popular among people and obviously attracts the audience.

The Final Bell
The final bells symbolise the last days at school for those who graduate. The celebrations for students of the twelfth form are organised by the eleventh formers, while the final bells for the ninth formers are prepared by the eighth formers.

Graduation Ceremonies and Parties
School graduation means that our students are not schoolchildren anymore. It is the end of school days, but, at the same time, it is the beginning of something new. These days are traditionally celebrated not only by school-leavers, but also by their teachers and parents.

Celebrations of Success
Winners of national and municipal competitions and contests of different school subjects, their teachers and parents are celebrated. Students feel proud of their achievements. |

“Good Deeds”
Our schoolchildren take care of elderly and disabled people; offer their help to nursery schools; plant trees in the schoolyard and in the neighbourhood. |

“Guinness Book of Records”
This book contains a collection of our students’ achievements in different areas. It is very honourable to be in this book.
